Port agency

Services

Grupo Navemar provides high quality port agency services to ship-owners, charterers and operators.

From our Mexico-City head office we coordinate vessel's activities, communicating each step of the way.

Our experienced personnel at our own port offices or throughout our partner local offices board the vessel, interact directly with the captain and crew members to assure that orders for bunkers, provisions, spare parts and other requirements necessary to prepare the ship for its outbound voyage are performed safely and in time.

Navemar knows that the time a vessel spends in port costs the shipowner money.

With this in mind our tramp agency department prepares proforma disbursements for the owners and supervises all necessary connections with mexican customs, port authorities and providers to expedite the vessel's arrival and subsequent working in port.

Likewise we make sure that the final disbursement accounts be forwarded promptly and accurately, thus guaranteing a complete attention of our various operators.
